Nekoliska D. Hajek

 As a certified 7th-grade English Language Arts teacher, Nekoliska has worked directly in the classroom building students’ reading, writing, critical thinking, and communication skills. Her educational experience also includes teaching at the Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi Summer Writing Camp, where she supported young writers in strengthening their literacy and creative expression. Long before entering formal education, Nekoliska spent her teenage years serving as a Girl Scout camp counselor and mentoring and tutoring students, building years of hands-on experience in youth leadership and academic support. These combined experiences reflect a lifelong commitment to teaching, guiding, and supporting student growth both inside and outside the classroom.

Yoga

Amber Bellavia

Amber serves as Terra Schola’s Yoga Instructor, bringing over a decade of experience in yoga practice, instruction, and wellness education. As a certified yoga instructor, she has dedicated her work to helping individuals build physical strength, emotional balance, focus, and mindfulness through intentional movement and breathwork. Her teaching approach is grounded in patience, adaptability, and creating supportive spaces where students can develop confidence, self-awareness, and resilience. As a mother of five, including a child with severe autism, Amber also brings valuable firsthand experience in understanding diverse needs and fostering inclusive, supportive environments. Her combined experience in wellness, teaching, and family advocacy allows her to support Terra Schola students in developing healthy habits for both mind and body.
